Sharon passed away on June 6, 2013 at the age of 69 in Watertown, CT.  

She was the first woman to graduate from Atlantic Ridgefied Oil Company as a mechanic and an owner of an ARCO gas station in Warsaw, VA. 

She was the co-owner of Hale Screw Machine & Mfg for more than 30 years.
