Ramiro passed away on July 21, 2010 at the age of 63 in Beacon Falls, CT.   He is survived by his daughter Jennifer Mortensen and her husband Michael with whom he lived.  A son Edward Wagner of Bristo, two brothers, a sister, and three grandchildren.   A stepsister, Ada Escobales.  He was predeceased by a stepson, Christopher Millette.
