Tom passed away on March 7 in Waterbury at the age of 67.    He worked as the Director of Legislative Affairs for the CT Council 15 Police and served as the Secretary of AFSCME Chapter 15 Retired Police Officers Association and on the execuctive board of the CT Law Enforcement Memorial Foundation.  Tom was a 32 year veteran of the Waterbury Police Department, retiring in 2000 as a Captain.

Tom was inducted into the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulcher of Jerusalem with the title of Knight.  He was also a member of the Elks and Watertown Golf Club.
