Frederick passed away on February 13, 2011 at the age of 68 in Winter Haven, FL.   He was the past owner of Michael's Carpet in Naugatuck, CT.  He worked as a flooring specialist for many years employed by Bob's Carpet Mart in Lakeland, FL.
