Robert passed away on October 15, 2009 at age 66 in Islamorada, FL.  Cause of death was cancer.   Robert is survived by his companion Carol Glorioso, his two daughters Dayna Oilero, Deidre Richards, two sons, Dustin and Daryn, his sister Janice Scarino, and nine grandchildren.

After graduating from Wilby, he joined the Navy serving on the Battleship USS Warrington.  He was a member of the Mill Plain Union Church serving as their Sunday school superintendent.
