Allan passed away on November 20, 2010 at the age of 56 in Waterbury CT from Cancer. He is survived by his wife Maria Elena Arroy. He is survived by his brother Alben, two sisters Betsey Arroyo-Russo and Jacqueline Arroyo.
He served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1978 to 1981 and was employed by Yankee Gas for 30 years. Allan was an avid NY Yankees and NY Giants fan.
