Francis passed away on April 25, 2019 in Waterbury, CT.   He graduated from Quinnipiac College with a B.S. in Business.  He later received his Master's in legal studies from the University of New Haven.  He founded the Francis T. Zappone Co. in 1963.   He received is distinction of realtor after 40 years of service in the service of real estate.
