Master Sgt. James Hall passed away on Sept 11, 2004 while working in Kosovo with ITT Industries. He was 47 years old. James retired in 1997 from the US Arm with more than 21 years of service. He was buried on October 18 at Arlington National Cemetary with full military honors.
