William passed away on November 16, 2019 in Yale New Haven Hospital at the age of 63.   He held a bachelor's degree from UConn and worked as a corrections officer at Manson Youth in Cheshire for 20 years.  After retiring from the State of CT he went to work for the City of Waterbury Education Department as a painter.
