Michelle "Lipsy" Minicucci age 63 passed away on November 13, 2024 at UConn John Dempsey Hospital in Farmington.  She received her certification in medical billing from Stone Academy.  She worked as a medical secretary for Allience Medical of Southbury.  Michelle served as the first Exaulted Ruler of the BPO Elks Lodge #265 having served 2 terms.  She excelled at fundraising for the Elks.  An avid motorcycle rider, she was the president of the Elks Motorcycle Club.
