Joseph passed away on August 13, 2010 at age 74 in Naugatuck, CT.   He is survived by his wife Rosalie, four sons Joe, Jim, Bob, and Paul and two daughters Susan Ferreira and Mary Johnson and 14 grandchildren.   Bob retired from Freihofer Baking Company.   He also worked as an account manager at the Raymond Baking Company and Peperidge Farms bakery.
