Arthur passed away on February 20, 2016 at the age of 80 in Watertown, CT.   He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean conflict.   He graduated from the University of Bridgeport with a bachelor's in accounting and  worked as a Computer Audit Specialist for the I.R.S. for 42 years. He was an incorporator as the 1st President of the Watertown Youth Soccer.
