Joseph (Bucky) passed away on May 17, 2018 at the age of 84 in Waterbury, CT.   He was selected as All-City and All-State Football player in 1953 at Wilby.   He held as AS degree from Post College and served in the Army during the Korean War.   He worked as a sales representative at Hayden Switch until his retirement.   He was awarded the "Silver Snoopy" award from NASA for his work and contributions to the NASA Space Shuttle program.   He was the assistant football coach for Sacred Heart HS for 30 years.    In 1995 he received the CIAC Class S Assistant Football Coach of the Year and was also honored by the Waterbury Sportsmen's Club.
