Richard passed away on January 18 in Waterbury, CT.

He was a dedicated teacher in the Waterbury School System for 34 years teaching business education at Kennedy HS, Post College, and NVCC.

He was an outstanding athlete and was a member of the Wilby 1953 State Championship Basketball Team.   He coached baseball, basketball and track at Kennedy and was a professional referee in baseball and football throughout Connecticut.
