Phyllis passed away on Feburary 15, 2010 after a brief illness - she was 85 years old.  Phyllis is survived by her sister Rose DeGennaro, her niece and godchild Rosanne Adams, nieces Susan Mancinone, and Carol Ann Gillis and nephew George Ricchardi.    She worked at Hemingway Corp for 30 years.
