Joseph passed away on November 7, 2007 at the age of 96 in Woodland, CA form COPD.   Joe Falvey was an outstanding citizen, wonderful husband, father and grandfather.

He was very proud to have been born and raised in Waterbury and that his father, John was a police officer there for 30 years.
