Ottilie passed away on November 21, 20001 at the age of 94 in Oxford, CT

Otillie was the 5th person to die from anthrax.  She received a cross contaminated letter in the mail. 

She worked for the law firm of Carmondy, Perkins and Torrence.  Later she worked for the Connecticut Unemployement Commission Office.
