Charles passed away on November 3, 2017 in Plymouth, CT.    Charles was a Eucharistic Minister and Deputy Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus.  He served on the Board of Education, was chairman of the Terryville Library Board of Trustees.  He was employed by Ehler's Spices for 20 yars, Foud Enterprises, and McCormick Spices.
