Where did the time go? Hard for me to believe it's been almost 20 years.

Hey, just so you know; the kids who are seniors in high school this year were all born at least one year after we graduated.

Thanks for all the work everyone.
Don...wanted to let you know you did awesome work at MSU on the paper. Watching the riots the other day really made me "miss" the good old days. :roll

By the way...that music list for 1989 is sadly lacking Debbie Gibson. Every time I hear "Lost In Your Eyes" I think about skipping AP english...I have no idea why.

about the music list...what's sad is I don't hardly remember half of that stuff, I didnt realize how bad the music of the 80's was, musta had Metallica jammin way to loud!!!LOL

My fellow track team, remember when our team was on Channel 7 Athlete of the week for Barb? I came across the VHS tape of it that I have! Yes folks I said VHS!

Kelly,

I remember that very well. I think afterwards, Barb went to have a cigarette!

Everyone,

I have a copy of our senior show, also on vhs. It's fun to watch!

At the Copa(((Senior show)))

With yellow feathers in her hair and a dress cut down to there
She would merengue and do the cha-cha
And while she tried to be a star, Tony always tended bar
Across a crowded floor, they worked from 8 till 4
They were young and they had each other
Who could ask for more?

Ok...Frank that was the first time and the last time I wore a size 1 dress. You and Scott were the best dance partners!!LOL!!! I will have to get me a bootleg of that video....Just like the bootleg "Black Album" you got me back in the Prince days. -Murph

Hello fellow oldies!

I think we should figure out a way to get a TV/VHS to the reunion and run that Senior Show video!! Maybe even the Junior Show - if we can dig one up... Anyone?

As for music, let's MAKE SURE that the music for the reunion includes our class song and things we actually listened to... not all the BS on that list!! (sorry if anyone was listening to that stuff - on several levels!! LOL!) I volunteer to help out by burning CDs or whatever. I still have Alphaville's "Forever Young."

"Let's dance in style, let's dance for awhile.
Heaven can wait, we're only watching the skies.
Hoping for the best, but expecting the worst.
Are you gonna drop the bomb or not?
Let us die young or let us live forever.
We don't have the power, but we never say never..."

Nice and uplifting huh? Sorry about that guys. I'll admit now that Diane Blakeman and I were the driving force behind that one. LOL! Long live New Wave!
