Shera Jackson O'Neal

I went to MBBC for 2 years and then got married to Trey O'Neal. We have had 4 children and moved to Dallas, Texas. He teaches physical education at Walnut Glen Academy--where our two oldest will attend next year. We had a bit of a trial this year when our baby was born 10 weeks early and spent 3 weeks in the hospital, but we grew a lot from the experience and are so thankful for our little miracle baby! After a few years of having babies and being out of school, I am actually going to begin finishing the final 2 years of my math education degree ( now that I have 4 kids and a whole lot of time on my hands! :) ) We are so thankful for God's faithfulness to our family and we are blessed beyond anything we could have ever imagined!

Although at the time I could no wait to get out of the Acad and on to college, I look back on those 4 years with really great memories. Despite all the things that may have driven me nuts about Mr. B, it makes me really sad to know that all the kids in at MBA now really won't get the full experience without him there! :) It seems like a lot of my funny memories involve him and Academy Singers trips,,,like when the group of us got in trouble playing poker and the nasty house with all types of hair everywhere that Alison Feeney and I stayed at. I also remember Katie and I going where we pleased during our Freshman study hall after science--poor Mr.Schmelzer for having to deal with us! :)
