25th Year Reunion

Hi Everyone!

A lot of thought and consideration has gone into planning our October 9th reunion.  We have several sponsors and donors who have stepped up to make this gathering a special one for all of us.  Ticket prices range between $45/person for WHS staff and any guest accompanying a classmate to $55/person for a classmate.  We have several nice raffle prizes for our evening and a nice dinner with tri-tip and vegetarian lasagna with feta cheese and artichoke hearts, the typical side dishes and dessert.  I hope you are as excited as I am about finally getting together!

Our event will take place at the Ventana Ballroom located at the Elks Lodge in Santa Cruz, California.  Entertainment will be provided by DJ Tiny who comes very highly recommended by several classmates.  DJ Tiny is eager to hear from you should you have any special requests that you would like to hear that night.  The evening will include a raffle with wonderful gift certificates for restaurants and other goodies from around our community.

I look forward to seeing you all there.  Please contact me at reunion.group@yahoo.com if you should you have any questions or song requests.  Check in time will be 5:30pm.  Expect to be pleasantly surprised with what we've planned for you.  Almost 200 classmates have been located and have provided thier contact information to be included in our gathering and celebration.

RSVP's are due by September 18, 2010!!!

Registrations made after that date may incur a late fee. 

Classmates can only bring one guest to this event.  If more than one "guest" ticket is processed The Class of 1985 will consider the additional funds to be a donation for future gatherings and events.  The ticket will not be honored at the entrance of our event. Thank you for your understanding.

Directions: Take highway 1 to Ocean Street (Santa Cruz) getting into the right lane as soon as it''s safe to do so. Turn right at the first signal lights. You will be passing Denny''s Restaurant (on your left) as you drive under the highway 1 overpass. You will continue up that road and NOT get on the freeway entrance. You will pass the cemetery on your left and Jewell Street is within eyesight from there. Turn right onto Jewell Street and continue up that road until it dead ends at the Ventana Ballroom/Elks Lodge.
