I can only speak for Missy and I but Man did we have a great time. I think that everyone really had a blast. 10/21/08 09:07 PM #6     Brian Eldridge The only thing I can say is words cannot describe the gratitude the girls should receive for putting this thing together. If it were not for them the rest of us would still be saying, "man we need to have a reunion one day" so to them I say with the most sincere, thank you. Now as for the party, I hope I didnt get on anyones nerves. I just tried to have a good time and make a fool of myself so everybody would not have an excuse to get out on the dance floor. Well at least me and Ira were drunk enough to dance, or act like we were anyway. It was truely great seeing everybody again and I hope the next one is only twice as great as this one. Brian

However Brent should receive just as many thanks for putting this web site together. Hopefully, many of our other class mates will find it and attend the next reunion. We have some momentum now I just hope we try to keep it up. So Brent from me and I'm sure as well the rest of your classmates, thank you for your time and efforts.

10/22/08 12:24 PM #8     Michelle Kemp (Duren) I think Julie, Amy, and Tammy all did a wonderful job of planning the reunion and pulling it off. From what I saw everybody there had a really good time. It was so good seeing everybody. I had a great time and I can't wait till the next one. Brian Eldridge, you put on some great entertainment, I loved watching you have such a good time. But we do need to see some pictures, thanks Brent for setting up this website.

I must say that this was one of the strangest things I've ever experienced. When I walked up to the doors I knew that I was going to know everybody in the room (with the exception of a few spouses), but once I entered, there were so many that I didn't recognize, not at first anyway. (the eyes give it away every time though!!) Everyone looked fabulous...must be something in the Hardee County water!! LOL

Missy and I got to see Maris and Chris on Friday, the band that i play in did a little gig and they came down to check it out. Got to see Kelly Weems Yeomans also. Brent, thanks so much for the website... I've already been in touch with more of our classmates in the last week than in the last 20 yrs. 88 ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Joey K. P.S. 10/26/08 08:07 PM #13     Gary Teems Hey Ya'll!!! Thanks to everybody who put this together. Special thanks to Shane and Leslie Forrester for letting us kick it with them Friday! Also, Kelly Weems for getting in contact with me about this reunion. If not for her I wouldn't have known about it. As far as the reunion...and the people I saw...I wouldn't trade it for anything! Kay and I had a great time and are still laughing today! Next reunion I'll bring a gallon of peach brandy instead of a quart. Didn't know it would be a hit! Deer season is open till January 1st and there's an open invite for whoever wants to come visit! Was good seeing everybody! Gary

I'll also be posting an announcement about an upcoming gig that my little band will be doing on the 12th and 13th of December....Hope that anyone who can make it will... I saw a lot of the pics thanks to Tracy Dimock Fullerton....most everyone has held up well and looks great. Some people I barely recognized. Maris....WOW!!! Hope everyone is doing well....life here in Seattle is hectic and busy...sometimes I miss hearing nothing but quiet and crickets...hahaha See you all at the 25th!!! Oh by the way, Sherri White reminded me of something I had totally forgotton about...we had buried a time capsule for our class in the commons area....should we dig it up for our 25th?

So go look at them and I am waiting to see yours, Amy Grimes because I know that you have several very incriminating ones! Not so much of me, but definitaly someone else who had a REAL good time on Friday night (sorry, Brent. HAHA). And in response to your comment about me being married 15 times Mr. Chestnutt, it has only been twice. Just wait Bryan, I am sure I can dig up some VERY interesting dirt on you!! Tee Hee Hee!!!

12/08/08 09:19 PM #22     Joey Kirkland Hello all, Hope that everyone had a great Holiday and also hope that all are readying themselves for Christmas. Its a busy time of the year for us all. SO....... If any one needs a chance to blow off some steam Come on down to Celtic Crossing (on Main Street in Wauchula) on Friday Dec. 12th or Sat. Dec. 13th to hang out and watch this really really kick butt band play.... we (oops, i mean they are getting started around 8:30pm and will play till somewhere around midnight). It's an Irish pub/restraunt in beautiful downtown wauchula.. Food is good the beer is even better.... And the band is awesome....... Hope yall can come out, maybe yall can hook up and all come on the same night.... A mini-reunion so to speak. Hope to see a bunch of ya's Later Joey K. check out finalcut33873 on myspace.

I'm gonna ride my Harley down so Kay and myself may be hollerin at yall when we get down there. Oh yea, who can tell me whatever happened to Tommy Shepherd?
