FAIR LABOR STANDARD ACT
The Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended 29 U.S.C 201, et seq. To provide for the establishment of fair labor standards in employments in and affecting interstate commerce, and for other purposes. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That this Act may be cited as the “Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938”
MINIMUM WAGE LAW OF 1964, Act 154 of 1964; AN ACT to fix minimum wages for employees within this state; to prohibit wage discrimination; to provide for the administration and enforcement of this act; and to prescribe penalties for the violation of this act.
