Dover AFB DE 1983-1992 Flight Engineer
Instructor - flew all over the world, been to 52
countries and most of the states.

Viet Nam, Desert Storm, Grenada invasion, Panama
Invasion.
Retired 1992 - Divorced in 1992 (a rough year!)
Found former classmate Gail Mathis living in Spartanburg - 1992 & married her in 1994! :>)

We lived in the Upstate of SC 1994-2002
I enrolled in Spartanburg Technical Collage and became a CNC Machinist Programmer.
Moved back to Clyde to take care of my aging parents in 2002.
In 2006 I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer from Agent Orange / Viet Nam
I had surgery, radiation and all was well for 2 years....then it came back in 2009. Went through Hormone treatments for 14 months, I am OK now!
We moved to Simpsonville, SC in 2007, bought a motorhome to travel and get some items done on "The Bucket List."
We are now traveling 6 months of the year, home during spring / fall months only. Winter is Arizona or Florida, summers are usually out west in the mountain states Colorado, Utah, Montana, or Wyoming....love it out there!
April, 2015 Sold property in SC and moved closer to our children in Raleigh,NC
Still traveling in our motor home about 6 months out of the year.
