After graduation I attended Oklahoma Christian University (where I met my wife) and then finished my Electronics Engineering degree at Oklahoma State university in 1986.
After graduation, we moved to Lafayette, CO where I started my career as an Engineering Manager at a biotechnology company. In 1989 we moved to Loveland, CO when I accepted a position as a product/test engineer and began my career in the semiconductor industry.
In 1998, two colleagues and I started our own semiconductor business and I moved into a role as Director of International Sales and Marketing and began my international travels. In 2000 our company was acquired by Fairchild Semiconductor Corp. and I worked at Fairchild for 7 years as a Sr. Marketing Mgr. In 2007, Fairchild closed our Loveland office and I declined to move to their headquarters in Portland, Maine. I was out of work for 8 months.
In May 2008 I a job as Sr, Marketing Manager at Ramtron International Corp. in Colorado Springs where I developed a line of high memory RFID chips.
In 2011 I accepted a position as Sr. Business development Manager at RFMD running their Aerospace and Defense product line in Boeing Space & Defense, Lockheed Martin Space, the Russian Space Agency, the Indian Space Research Organization etc.
Over the last 20 years I have traveled to 34 countries spanning nearly every continent and the list grows each year. Every place has its own mystery and beauty. In the summers of 2004 - 2007 I led missionary teams to work with orphans and youth in camps in Ukraine. It was a very satisfying work.
My wife and I have three daughters and five grandchildren. They are the love of my life.
