Reunion Mtg Minutes
Class of 1986 Reunion Meeting.
March 15th. Follansbee City Building 6:15p.m. call to order
Attendance: Jodi scheetz, Tris Finsley, Kim Chapline-Byers, Rhonda Ryniawec
Treasury balance: $397.31 Fire hall deposit ($350) is paid.
The Friday night mixer will be held at Destefano’s in Follansbee. This was determined by the vote taken at the class of ’86 website. There will be a $50.00 fee for clean up. Cash bar. Finger foods. Time: 7 p.m. Will do 50/50 raffle. Rhonda will see if she has raffle tickets.
Sat. reunion at Fire Hall:
DJ needs to confirm and contract needs signed.
Rhonda/Stephanie will contact Bill Daily. Have to be out by midnight. We Are not required to do clean-up.
Decorate: We can be in there Thursday to decorate. Tris will find out what time. Tentative times: Starts at 5, pic at 6, dinner at 7. Door prizes, 50/50 drawing, and bushel of cheer.
Discuss favors: We have done dvd, mugs, etc. Will discuss next meeting, but specifics won’t be revealed in order to keep it a surprise. Tris will report on possible favors. Will be selling alumni flags, and a couple for door prizes. Will have kegs (probably) rest is BYOB. Ticket prices are $30 per person/$60 per couple. Cut off for registration and fee will be 10 days prior to event, June 22nd. If anyone wants to attend but not eat dinner the fee will be $10.
Name tags for reunion. Will be printed by Sublime Designs. Name tag will double as your meal ticket. Will designate for 1 or 2 meals on the tag.
Tris Finsley informed us that Carl Marsh is in Okinawa, Japan and he is well following this region’s disasterous weather. Tris sent an e-mail on behalf of the class to check on him and wish him well.
The reunion committee is getting bounce back e-mails from 6 people. If these people wish to receive class e-mails they need to put this in accepted list. noreply@classcreator.net

Discussed Vending at football games next fall. Tabled discussion.
Discussed dinner menu: contract from Jackie Hudson. Will be approved and signed by Kim Chapline-Byers. For an estimated number of 200 guests the approximate cost will be $5,000. Rhonda will contact Jackie about any deposit required. Hotel room info needs to be put on site. Rhonda will email to Tris.
