I remember the days in your home and your Mother feeding us cookies and milk and asking us about our day. Also remember how quiet and nice your Father was. We had fun trick or treating in the neighborhood, picking grapes to eat and riding our bikes up and down the block. I felt bad that we drifted apart after our family moved off Emerson street out to Western Ave.
Your death was so very hard on your parents and I felt so bad for them. I couldn't believe you were taken from life so very soon after our graduation. It seemed sureal to me.
Thanks for your friendship and allowing me to hang out with you on Emerson Street. Do you remember Grandma Markum's great chocolate chip cookies. *smile*
