Oris, a neighbor for several years, was a good guy. I will never forget the time he fell while climbing Saddle Rock with Gayland Crocker. Oris was severely injured with cuts which later required almost 200 stitches. Gayland saved Oris' life by giving first aid and going for help. Most of us climbed that mountain and were more fortunate than Oris!
