After graduating from UW-Milwaukee (2003) with a teaching degree I moved to Milwaukee and accepted a middle school teaching job. I decided that I didn’t want to teach middle school and within the same school switched to second grade. I stayed at that school for three years and then found a school that was a better fit for me. I currently am teaching second grade at a Catholic school on the southside of Milwaukee. This is my fifth year of teaching and I absolutely love it!! I decided to get my masters degree in becoming an ESL teacher and a reading teacher. I currently attend Cardinal Stritch University. I will be finished with my masters this summer (2009) and I can’t wait!
