Hello Class Members,

The West Carrollton Class of 1978 planning committee cordially invites you and a guest to attend the 45th Year Class Reunion.

When: 

Friday, September 8, 2023 5:00pm and after (The Oregon Express)
Saturday, September 9, 2023 6:00pm - 10:00pm (El Meson)

Where:

Friday, the night before our reunion, we have always gathered at, The Oregon Express, 336 E. Fifth Street, Dayton 45402. There's no reason to break tradition for the 45th reunion.  We have such fun enjoying each other's company along with the great food & spirits.  The Oregon Express is owned and operated by classmate, Susan Adkins Bavaro and her husband, Joe Bavaro.  *Weather permitting, we will gather on the upper deck. 

Saturday, the classmates and their guests will be joining together at El Meson Restaurant, owned and operated by classmate, Bill Castro and his family at 903 E. Dixie Drive, West Carrollton OH 45449. Here we will mingle and dine from a buffet of delicious cuisine. The ticket price is $45.00 each and covers the cost of the venue, buffet and service.  *Alcoholic beverages can be purchased from the bar at an additional cost.

To help with planning, you must purchase your ticket(s) ahead of time. There will be NO ticket sales at the door or entry without a ticket.  El Meson is limited to a certain capacity for the room & patio.  They must have the opportunity to plan for the quantity of food needed, staffing and to ensure they are not over capacity for the venue.  If you attended the 40th reunion, you already know what an amazing place it is to enjoy great food, beverages and to visit & catch up with past classmates and friends.
