I always had fun hanging out with Larry. My clearest memory is helping him install a PA system in his 55/56 Mercury complete with grille speakers and dash microphone then cruising Bob’s Big Boy shouting out to people we saw over the PA system. Mostly girls as I recall. Which I'm sure impressed us far more than it did them.
I wish I had at least 5 minutes more to speak with Larry, as certain things are not said when they should have been, then you always regret the why-nots. I had a-lot of fun with Larry, and he was one of my Mother's favorites as he was always polite and even willing to help her with the dishes. An often misunderstood young man, but he cared, oh yes how he cared. God bless him, and I hope to see him again in the after-life.
That made me smile Craig, and reminded me how much I liked the guy, you are right on the mark. Larry was always well liked in my house too, very polite and helpful, always the gentleman with the parents! (Eddie Haskell)
Larry Miller – One of all of us best friends for sure. He had Ketchup on everything. He had a very difficult time adjusting after Vietnam. It was a rough time there for him.
Do you guys remember his mom made the best corsages.
Danny –Larry’s ’55 was a red Ford Galaxy convertible?
Really sorry to loose a fellow classmate, but I take it hard loosing a brtother Vet. I know his pain from Viet Nam, But it is great to hear that he has many close friends. When I get to the Re-union, maybe someone can help me remmember him. Forgetting people is one of our defensise of survival after Nam. My preyers to his family.
Larry Miller, So sorry to hear of his passing. I was looking forward to visiting with him at the 50th. What I so recall of Larry was his friendly smile. and his willingness to help his fellow classmates. I,m looking at our Yearbook, and can't help but shed a tear. We had so many fun times together in class. So how we avoided getting in trouble in class. You will be remembered by all of your classmates. Larry was a mightey TROJAN to the end. We will all meet at some point in the next several years. When that day comes, we will all be back together, and, knowing Larry, he will be throwing a wild party for all of us. My Friend, you will be missed, so now you can rest in peace. Signed...another Larry..Fritz
