Happy Birthday, Phyllis! I figured out that I sent your intended HB message to Candy Kovanen! It must have been the Minnesota chatter that got me off track. Google Maps has taken me UP the Red River and DOWN to Lake Breckenridge which got me searching for sources and mouths and a giant Catfish and the Circus Workers Tent Pole Memorial. The Source of my Happy Birthday wish comes from West Covina, CA, all the way to you at the Confluence of the Bois de Sioux River and the Otter Tail River in the Township of Wahpeton. ND, which is the Sister City of Breckenridge, MN! From "The Mouth," Peggy

Happy Birthday, Candy! And Happy Greetings from So Cal and Welcome Home for our #60 Reunion coming up. See ya there!
Happy Birthday, Linda! I don't know if you've been contacted about our #60 Reunion, but it would be wonderful if you could attend. Sharyn and Sue are active on this site, and you three could probably stir up some kinda trouble in Baldwin Park. It's like riding a bike!
Hi Dee. The #60 Class Reunion "YES" list has Rick's name, but not yours. I hope you're doing well and might still be able to attend. I'm looking forward to seeing people (dare I say it?) from the other half century! Now I'm sorry I said it. Take care.
Hi Carolyn. I saw your name on the #60 Reunion "MAYBE" list and I hope you'll be attending. Your profile mentions so many intriguing details, starting with "Battle Ground, WA." and breeding and racing horses and working with therapy dogs and growing a family and a garden and building a house and barn! Classmate Roots in West Covina and so many Branches stretching out in every direction. Maybe it's time to visit again, just for fun!
Hi Danny. That's the name I know you by from Del Norte. Now there's all these grown-ups getting together for a #60 EHS Class Reunion! I hope you've received the information and updates on this website, and I hope you will be able to attend. Good vibes for all!

Hi Barry. I didn't see your name on the #60 Reunion YES or MAYBE list. I did notice "Northridge" and that's pretty local! I hope you'll consider attending and joining many classmates in "getting acquainted" in 2025. We're the children of "The Greatest Generation" and aren't we learning every day to respect them more! My Dad was a WWII B-17 Co-Pilot and I was fortunate to find out many details of his service after he joined several War Bird organizations later in his life. Now we're the ones with the stories. I hope you'll be there to share some of yours. Regards, Peggy Test

Hi Mike. I wrote a note to Eva, but I think I should wish you a "Happy Father's Day" for myself! Enjoy your day in a special way.
Hi Eva. We're just a month out from the Reunion and we all hope you guys will be able to attend. Have a great American Flag Day and wish Mike a Happy Father's Day.
Happy Birthday, Vanda. I hope you have a great day for celebrating!

Hi Dennis. Just checking in to see how Linda-Gayle is doing and to wish you a Happy Birthday! I'm excited to hear about classmates planning to attend the #60 Reunion, and I remember so many from Del Norte. Right down the street from us and a great park to play in, too. Did you play in Pony League there? My brother Roger from '63 played and I remember my Dad was an assistant coach for his team for a while. Adohr Milk on the uniforms. I wouldn't drink Driftwood out of loyalty to their sponsorship! Nice memories about "important" things then. Best wishes for good health to you both.
Happy Birthday, Lois. Right on schedule with Memorial Day, as Sue mentioned. Mine's in February between Lincoln's and Washington's birthday so I usually got 1 or 2 extra Mondays off while teaching. Those were precious days to celebrate not working! Hope to see you in July.
I'm Peggy Test and the Reunion Committee is looking through our EHS webpage to invite alumni to our #60 Reunion. I'm also retired from teaching at WCHS, and loving it! Please check the Home Page on this site for more information. I missed wishing you a "Happy Birthday," but it's still May, so keep celebrating.
The Reunion Committee is hoping to contact as many alumni as possible to celebrate 60 years since graduation! Imagine--that was our "Commencement." What in the world have we started since then? I literally attended all 40 commencements of WCHS grads since I began teaching there. It would be great to hear a story or two that you have to share, and the time and space at the Courtyard at Marriott in Baldwin Park is a perfect setting for just that. Hope to see you there.
