Great news!! We have secured The Hamlet Golf and Country Club in Commack as the venue for our 50th Reunion. The WHHS Class of ’73 Reunion will take place on Saturday, September 23, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. The Hamlet Golf and Country Club offers us a spectacular ballroom with restaurant quality food plus two terraces to enjoy with outdoor seating, a firepit, and a smoking area. Free valet parking is included in our package (tipping the valet is optional).

We have added up the cost of the food, the open bar, the administrative fees, taxes, gratuities, the estimated cost of music (we’re considering a small, three-piece band or a DJ), and the estimated cost of minimal decorations and we are happy offer an Early Bird Special. If you pay by May 01, 2023 the total payment will be $140 per person. After that date, the total payment will be $150 which is due by July 01, 2023. Please let us know when you make your payment if you intend on bringing a guest. You will need to provide us with their name so we can keep an accurate guest list. We absolutely cannot accept any payments or unexpected guests at the door.

Please consider the payment deadlines we’ve set and get your full payments in as soon as possible. We are working on a list of hotels nearby. There is also an app called “DropEvent” that we are looking into for picture and video sharing. We need a playlist so let us know your 5 favorite songs from our era. You can email them to us at WHHS73Reunion@gmail.com.
