As you've no doubt already been informed, the Copper Hills Class of 1999 Ten Year Reunion is being held on September 19, 2009 from 7:00 pm to 12:00 am.
The venue for the event will be on the fabulous University of Utah campus, specificaly the Union Building's Crimson View Room. (Don't worry, BYU fans - once you're in the Crimson View room overlooking downtown SLC, you'll completely forget your hatred for the U.) Below is a map and directions for the Union Building. Parking is free and there will be conveniently conspicuous signs inside the Union Buildiing directing everyone to the Crimson View Room. The Union Building address is 110 South Fort Douglas Blvd. SLC, UT 84113.
Ticket price is $25 per person and can be purchased below. This includes a full, buffet style meal - here's a description:
Fresh Herb and Lemon Grilled Bone-in Quarter Chicken served with Scalloped Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables, and House Salad with Ranch and Italian Dressings. Served with Baguettes with Butter and New York Style Raspberry Cheesecake for dessert. Includes Juice Spritzer, Ice Water, and Coffee Service.
If you're not able to purchase tickets via PayPal but are still attending, please send me a confirmation email (wesley.warren@gmail.com) telling me how many tickets you'll need. You can then bring $25 (per ticket) check or cash cash to the door. Otherwise, tickets will be $30 each at the door. (The reason tickets will need to cost more at the door is to cover the cost of ordering a bit more food than the number of tickets sold indicates. We want to accomodate anyone who can't commit right now, but still might show up at the last moment.)
Tickets will be available for purchase online until September 16th. After that, tickets will still be available for $30 at the door the night of the event.
Dress will be marginally-formal / beyond-casual. What does that mean? I don't know exactly. Mainly, there will be a lot of guys in slacks and dress shirts or polos, and gals in skirts or dresses. There will also be some who opt for jeans and polo or blouse. We're not going to turn anyone away, but just know that the prevailing dress attire will be somewhat dressy.
And please plan ahead for a babysitter because this will be an adult-only event.
