I am currently living in St. Charles which is a suburb of St. Louis. I met my wife Angie while in college (Truman State) and we have been married for 20 years. Recieved my degree in Physical Education/Health in 1989 and my Masters Degree in 1992. Have been teaching in the Hazelwood School District in suburbia St. Louis now for 20 years. I am the PE/Health Department Chair and coach freshman football. We are one of the largest schools in Missouri. We have around 650 kids in each class and I had 71 kids on my freshman team last year. I have coached football at all levels and found that I like the freshman the best, plus the freshman season is shorter so it doesn't interfere with bow hunting as much. I also coached wrestling and tennis until my girls were into their sports so much that I had to give those up. Angie graduated from Truman in 88 and got her masters in 92. She works out of the house and started her own search firm last year. It has given her alot of flexability and has been good for our family. We both work together to manage our rental business on Lake of the Ozarks. We have two lakefront condos that we rent out and have been doing this for around 5 years now. It has been a good thing and they stay pretty full. We also use them when our schedule permits and do alot of skiing, tubing, kneeboarding, swimming and fishing when we're down there. You can check them out on our website, Ozarklakefrontgetaways.com. Our latest venture has been the purchase of a 40 acre hobby farm in central Missouri. It has a manufactured home, outbuildings, fishing pond, clubhouse for girls and hunting for me. The girls love it, and actually like going there more than the lake.
I have three daughters Brooke 16, Megan 13, and Madison 11. Brooke will be a junior (565 kids in her class) this year and loves sports. She plays soccer and basketball year around with her high school and club teams. She has been on the varsity since her freshman year in soccer and soph. year in basketball. She made the Olympic Developmental Program in soccer for the second time this year and she represents the state of Missouri in competitions against other states in the Midwest. She was also elected into National Honor Society this spring. We travel alot with soccer from DC to San Fran. but some of the nicest fields anywhere, believe it or not, are in Muscatine and we travel there a couple times each year to play. On a side note Brooke goes to the same hs as Tim and Kathy(Buysse)Schnieders(Class of 85) two boys Jake and Zach.
Megan will be in 8th grade this year and also plays soccer year around. She plays for the same club as Brooke(no middle school sports in St. Louis) and also enjoys playing tennis. She was elected to the Middle School National Honor Society this spring.
Madison is in 6th grade and will be joining Megan in middle school this year. She, like the other two plays soccer year around and is in the same club as them. She also plays volleyball and basketball.
Sorry about the duplicate pictures we were having trouble deleting them. Looking forward to seeing everyone at the reunion.
