Marjorie Queen Heater

Spent 20 wonderful years serving as a military spouse. Seen places I only dreamed of in school: Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland, Lichtenstein, Israel, Mexico, S. Korea, Kuwait, Iraq, the airports in Tokyo and Amsterdam and every US state except six. Worked most of the 20 years on military installations until Earl's retirement in 1983. We returned to Weston for five years then moved back to live nestled in our beloved Organ Mountains in New Mexico. In 2004, I deployed with the Army Air Force Exchange Service to Baghdad, Iraq where I was able to support deployed military and civilian personnel arriving in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. What an awesome experience! Since then, I moved to Salado, Texas, and have been living a wonderfully blessed retired life.
