Reunion Survey

Hi,

Following is a survey to find out everyone's preferences for holding a reunion in 2009.  Since it was difficult to contact people and get word out for the 2008 20-year reunion, a 21-year reunion will be held in 2009 with the hopes of getting more people to come.

I realize that many of our classmates have moved out of state, so hopefully this will give people enough time to make plans to attend.
