December 29, 1950 - October 13, 2015
Jeffery is survived by his wife Dianne Vanderlinden also of the Class of 1968.
"On October 13, 2015, Jeffery Michael Belk passed away.
He was a loving husband to his wife and a devoted, caring father to his son and daughter.
Besides his wife and children, he leaves behind a brother and sister and a large extended family.
Jeff served in the U.S. Army where he was employed as a military police officer.
He had recently retired and his days were filled with home projects, working on the rock fish pond he built in his yard, tending to the family dogs, and spending time with his family.
Jeff especially enjoyed having friends and family over for Maryland crab feasts. He loved covering the kitchen table with newspaper and piling the table high with steamed crab and serving it with cold beer and all the sides.
He was an avid fan of the Baltimore Ravens and also loved wearing "Natty Boh" logo tee-shirts which he had accumulated a large collection of.
Jeff was always at the ready if a friend or family member needed assistance with a project or task. He had a heart of gold.
A Memorial Service was held on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at the Community Christian Church in Nottingham, Maryland.
Family and friends across the nation gathered to share their memories of Jeff. "
