Richard Thomas Culler, age 63 passed away Monday, February 25. Richard was born in Washington, D. C. Richard served in the United States Navy. He attended Murray State University, where he met his wife Brenda. Richard then went on to receive a graduate degree from Indiana State University in Athletic Training. Richard then became the Athletic Trainer at Bel Air High School for thirty-one years, retiring in 2008. He loved the Bel Air community and all his athletes, students and fellow educators. He enjoyed his summers in Ocean City, Maryland and spending time with his sons. Richard is preceded in death by his mother JoAnne Culler. He is survived by his wife Brenda Culler; sons Bobby Joe Culler and Casey Edwards Culler; father Frank W. Culler; sisters Laura Gene Comfort and Claire Ellen Mack.
