Graduated from Western State in Gunnison, Colorado in '93 with a double major in French and Business Admin. Member of the college ski team for 2 years.
Received a Masters in Sports Administration from a university in Lausanne, Switzerland (E.P.F.L) in 2006.
Since 2004 the Athletic Director & Activities Coordinator for a private, international, college-prep school located in the Swiss Alps of French-speaking Switzerland.
Before this, lived in Colorado from age 17 to 32, in Gunnison, Crested Butte, Denver and Breckenridge (in that order). Waited tables, started newspapers, and was the Advertising Dir. for a monthly magazine (Mountain Gazette) before moving to Europe and giving up my ski bum lifestyle.
Made an 80 min. documentary film about ski bum life in Crested Butte during the 96-97 winter season. The film received good reviews and I became mildly famous, in Crested Butte, amongst my closest friends.
For fun: telemark skiing, backcountry skiing, mountain & road biking, ice hockey, rock climbing and trekking. How's that sound?
