Gwen passed away in July 2009 from an extended battle with cancer. Gwen was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 2002, which sadly metastasized to her chest and brain. Gwen and her husband, Allen, were the parents of two children, a boy and a girl. Gwen was a teacher then later a Director of a pre-school at her Jewish Communiity Center in New Haven, Connecticut.
RIP Gwen.

I've often thought about Gwen. I remember her talking about Chicago. I now realize the difference from Milwaukee, both not just big cities:). Sorry to hear that she is gone.
