A celebration of life service for Tom was held at 3 PM on Sunday, September 20, 2009 at the Refinery, 919C River Road, West Bend.
A memorial fund has been established in the name of Thomas for the DTour Ministries, 7964 Town Hall Road, Kewaskum, WI 53040.
