I graduated from MSU with a BS in Electrical Engineering in '94 and went to work for Motorola in Chicago. I transferred to Austin, TX with Motorola and finished my MSEE. I worked for a few small startups and landed at Denali and I am currently managing a team developing semiconductor design IP.
I married Diane in May, 2001 and our son Adrian turned 3 April this year (2009). Adrian is big into trucks, Elmo, bugs, Nemo, dirt, jumping, apple juice and his stuffed animal "monkey". Diane has been an engineer at Motorola since graduating MIT in '95. She is about to go back to school and become a physical therapist. She is does enough exercise for the both of us (traithlons, 4th degree black belt, etc.)
I got my pilot license in '07 and enjoy flying our Grumman Tiger around Texas and the southwest. I've been in several bands in Austin and my most recent band is taking a break. Late nights and smoky bars doesn't mix well with early mornings and diapers.
I will continue working on more ratings as a pilot and will eventually get back into the band scene. We love Austin and plan to stick around here for awhile.
