• Co-developed own neurotoxicology testing system (BARS) and computer-based training system (cTRAIN) to be effective with low- or no-literacy students (typically adults) learning to improve workplace health and safety
• Published over 100 articles in peer reviewed journals
• Conducted research on workplace issues such as:
o effects of chemical exposures (eg, pesticides) on learning, memory, coordination
o helping victims to minimize impact of domestic violence spillover to work
o work-life balance
o total worker health (wellbeing + safety)
o safety and skills at work
o training effectiveness in the workplace
