William James Quinn

After graduating from Cal Hi, spent four years in the Air Force (3 years in the Far East), then returned and attended Cal State Fullerton where I earned a BA in Accounting and an MBA in Management. Moved to Hawaii and worked for "Big 8" CPA firm Peat Marwick (now "Big 4" KPMG) and became a CPA, then a couple years as Assistant General Manager, Admin, for the Guam Power Authority. Relocated to Seattle area, had own business for a while, married, had 3 kids. Worked for a local CPA firm, then became Controller, then CFO, for a client's Indian casino. Twenty-five years as CFO for several Indian casinos. "Retired" and started own consulting firm; now owner-partner in several niche consulting firms, specializing in gaming and cannabis consulting to Indian tribes.
