I met my husband Don when he was the lead guitar player in the band at the Stardust. We have lived in lots of interesting places, including Ruidosa, New Mexico; El Paso, Texas; Phoenix, Arizona; Flagstaff, Arizona; Las Vegas, Nevada; Denton, Texas; Colorado Springs, Colorado; Buena Vista, Colorado; Fort Worth (well, Azle), Texas and now we are back home in Wichita Falls.

I was a paralegal for several years. Then I began doing some freelance work for the Times Record News about 14 years ago. Been at it ever since. I started out doing book reviews, and graduated up to feature stories, entertainment interviews, movie and concert reviews, you name it - I've probably written about it.
