Wichita, Kansas - Christina "Chris" R. Johnson, 77, of Wichita, Kansas passed away on Sunday, December 26, 2021 in Wichita. Chris was born on December 4, 1944. Being raised by her parents whom were in the ministry for all of her life, Chris was a devout Christian. She attended the First United Methodist Church in Wichita for many years. Chris received her Masters Degree in Education and taught school for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Basil and Ruth Johnson; brothers, Dr. Basil M. Johnson, Larry Johnson; and sister, Julana Heffner. Survivors include nieces, nephews and extended family. A Celebration of Chris's Life is 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 in the chapel of First United Methodist Church, 330 N. Broadway, Wichita, Kansas 67207.
