Jan and I are Celebrating our 40th anniversary February 14th of this year... We retired in 2000 and moved to southern Colorado but with the current economic status of the country we were forced back into the business world... Our long term friends own a pest control company in the Derby area and offered us a franchise for the Winfield/ Ark City area... In 2018 our Son Matthew made the decision to leave Corporate America and joined Jan and I in the Pest Control business. January 2021 Jan, Myself, Matthew and our Daughter n law Mandy formed our own company Bug Shockers. We cover basically the central area of Kansas. We have been blessed that in the last 6 months our Grandson Tyler (Matt and Mandys son) has joined the company and just recently their Daughter has join the company in a computer/tech roll... Jan and I are having more fun with this venture than we could ever have imagined and a lot better than our former Corporate positons... Jan is also a 1973 Southeast Graduate... What is funny we didn't even know each other in high school... It took Diane Potter (Scanga) to introduce us in 1982 At the Port Of Wichita... LOL... I meant my wife in a Bar!!!... LOL... She truly is the best thing to happen to me since graduation...

I wasn't a overly popular guy in High School I had a small group of friends as well as a few close aquaintences...

I enjoyed hanging out in the Student Lounge with my friends and loved my cars...
