20-Year Reunion

Our class reunion will be held the weekend of June 12-14th 2009 in Williamsburg, VA.  The details are below:

 

Location:  The Lexington George Washington Inn

Dates:  June 12-14th 2009

Events:  Friday and Saturday night events will be held at the hotel. 

                Meet and Get Reacquainted (on your own): Friday June 12th  (Copper Scroll Lounge in hotel lobby)

                                                                          7 pm-until they kick us out of the bar  

                Main Event:  Saturday June 13th (the Potomac Ballroom in the hotel)  Heavy hors d'oeuvres will be

                                                                       served with a DJ playing our favorite tunes and cash bar! 

                                       8pm-midnight (registration begins at 7 pm and event begins at 8 pm)

                Family Picnic:  Sunday June 14th   (Off site at New Quarter Park in Queen's Lake)

                                            Noon-3pm (we will have children's activities and a picnic)  (all children under 18 are free)

Pricing:   (if paid by March 16th)

                 Friday Night:  on your own

                 Saturday Night:  $50 per person or $80 per couple

                 Sunday Picnic:   $20 per person or $40 per couple (kids 18 and younger are free)

                All Events for weekend:  $60 per person or $110 per couple

******(after March 16th)  Add $5.00 to each individual event and $10.00 to the all weekend events charges*******

******To pay by credit card, debit card or e-check using our PayPal account, please complete the survey and order form located on the 20 year reunion page on this site.   If you choose to pay using PayPal, please select the PAYPAL option when ordering the tickets.  You will notice a slightly different pricing for the use of PayPal.  They charge a service fee.  We've added that fee to the ticket amount.

Accommodations:  We have a received a group rate and a block of rooms at the hotel.  The rate is $82.00 a night and is good for 3 days before/after the event.  You will also receive a 15% coupon at registration for their in house restaurant.  You can visit the hotel at www.lgwinn.com.  It has undergone a recent renovation and is very nice!  All of the rooms have been updated with new furnishings, carpet and bathrooms.  Their on-site restaurant is fabulous and offers a wonderful Sunday brunch as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week.  To make reservations, please contact the hotel directly at 1-866-787-4494 or 757-220-1410.  Let them know you are with the BHS Class of 1989 reunion and use the group code 300476.  Also, let me know (slturn@wm.edu) if you plan to make reservations so I can make sure they have enough availability at the group rate.
