I have been lucky enough to have married my best friend and we have been an item since 1978. No kids maybe helped:) It just keeps getting better all the time:)
I have also been blessed with friends present and past whom have been a solid influence in my life, and to them I say "Thank You".

Liz and I have lived in Wilmington since 1987 on a small piece of heaven we call "MANN-O-MANN" Stables. She is the horse nut- I just am called upon to help clean up and get hay:) Actually- I do ride a bit and Liz and I plan on doing a few Horse Eventing comp. this year.
I have been involved in sales from Retail to Insurance and Stocks over the years, but have been involved in the fitness industry for the last 15 years. Now, I am fortunate enough to work from home and travel just enough to keep Liz from going crazy with me around all the time.
Still active with a lot of bike riding and golf. Play local courses Majestic and Elks quite often. Gave up on running about 20 years ago and just had a new "total" knee replacement about a year ago. Best thing that I ever did for it. The little things daily are not a pain any more:)
